Long ago the world was at peace.

The nations were separate and equal.

Each land had a gathering of immortal knights who protected their loyal denizens.

Tranquility and balance were all the world knew.

Times change as seasons do. Hearts of men grow cold.

A time of chaos ushered out the tranquility those lost long ago fought and sacrificed everything for.

Now is a time of fear. The west has been recently settled, and there are none to watch over and protect it. Those once held in high esteem throughout the lay people of the world soon became the ones held accountable.

The keyblade. A strange weapon whose power is said to be granted by the gods. Only a chosen few can be blessed with the ability to wield it. None are sure what the requirements are. It is only known that there are those who can wield it. And those who cannot.

As turmoil grew in the West, the Blade thought crafted by gods instead is said to be cursed. Ruin and destruction, peace and prosperity. Two sides of the same coin. Both are results of the power of the Keyblade.

Keyblade bearers have been hunted down and slaughtered. Killed by the dozens. Be they ancient, child, or newborn, none were spared if they were capable of wielding its might.

One man stood up amidst this chaos, Raeneth Diachi, a man whose fortitude is the essential balance sought in the world. He declared that he would bring order back to the West. Bring civility back to the uncivilized. Create the Order the continent was thirsting for.

The Order of the Western Sky.


[Where Do I Fit In?]

You are a student of the keyblade. Blessed, or cursed, with this power, you have been taken in by Raeneth and are residing at a temporary base within the continent of Reveria in a small town called Roblitz. There, the keyblade bearers of all of Reveria gather for safety from persecution.

Throughout this roleplay you will "level up" and rank up slowly as you complete more missions and work towards helping the world seek balance. You can start as a low rank and you CAN attain a high rank if you keep up with it.



[01 - Rules]

1. No God Modding or Power Playing. You may Power Play low level NPC enemies or another character if you have received permission from that character's owner and myself.

2. You may join and drop however often you like, but know that the roleplay will not wait for any one person.

3. This role play is part story driven, but I wish it to be mostly character driven. Interactions and romance are allowed as long as it is tasteful. Anything explicit will have you removed from the roleplay and further forum-wide punishment may result.

4. All posts must be in character. If you have something to say out of character, please use this thread.

5. Once you are accepted your template is considered Final. If you wish to tweak things here or there you may only do so if you run it by me first or post it in this thread to await confirmation of the change.

6. That said, do not go off template. I give a lot of leeway with character creation and you can go as in depth as you want. I will, however, hold you to my personal understanding of your character. My word is final. Not yours. That said, of course I am reasonable.

7. This Roleplay WILL be moderately DM'd in combat situations to allow for fairness. I may be using dice rolls, and if so I will always post them in picture form in this thread. I will never re-roll. Rolling will be used mostly for chances to strike certain enemies. You will never have to roll for yourself, so just roleplay as you will.

Please note some magics have some pre-requisites you must meet to obtain it. You must decide which "flavor" you would like. You cannot have both forms.

For offensive magic, Users get base levels, Apprentice get "ra", Knight get "ga"
. Yes, these are more powerful than what is listed here. They are essentially these effects but x2 and x3 in magnitude.

In addition, you can select ANY ELEMENTAL SPELLS YOU WANT. However, those that align with your Primary and Secondary will be more powerful and useful.

Build: Lithe; slender musculature

Weight: 127 lbs

Appearance: Jane is slender and a bit too tall to be considered short, but not quite tall enough to be considered average. She rides the line, as she says. Her hair falls down a bit below shoulder level, and can be in any of a variety of different styles, dependent on her mood. She wears no make-up, as she tends to twitch too much to apply it properly.

Her clothing is generally eccentric, to put it mildly. Her wardrobe is vast, filled with all sorts of gaudy clothing options and accessories which tend to really brighten up the room. Generally, she chooses from one of a handful of particular outfits (unless she is feeling particularly peppy and decides to dress extra incredibly).

1: A light blue spaghetti strap over a black t-shirt with navy leather gloves on top, black leather pants with blue lightning bolts running down the outsides of her legs on bottom. She generally wears boots with this outfit. She has a variant of this with all of the blues replaced by yellows. The blue is worn on sad days, the yellow on happy ones. She also wears an array of bracelets on either wrist in different hues of the opposite color from the one chosen.

2: A black graphic tee hidden beneath a half-zipped grey hooded sweatshirt which bears the logo of the Order of the Western Sky across the back. The hood is up on sad days, down on happy. She wears black cargo shorts and her favorite blue skate sneaks which are adorned with yellow lightning bolts. No socks. She tends to wear any of her myriad rings when wearing this, including one which has a beautiful sapphire gem set into a gold band.

3: She calls this her "girly" outfit for when she wants to "feel like a girl." It consists of a black spaghetti strap, hot pink short shorts, knee-high bubblegum striped socks, her favorite sneaks, and black, fingerless gloves with hot pink stars on the back of the hand. When she decides to wear this, she also sports hot pink lipstick and black eyeliner, "to complete the effect." She also wears her sapphire ring on her right hand, middle finger, and a sequence of bracelets alternating blues and yellows on her left wrist.

Personality:
Jane can be classified as clinically insane, though she resents the stigma attached to this. Her emotions ride a roller coaster daily, and she has, in the past, began a day in bright spirits only to end the day crying herself to sleep for no reason other than chemical imbalances in her brain.

She handles her mood swings relatively well (at least in public) for someone with bi-polar disorder to her specific degree of severity. She keeps an upbeat attitude at most times and appears to have a near limitless supply of energy (though of course, she does not). Relaxation is not in her vocabulary. She does not know how to relax, and often spends her time expending that excess energy in one way or another, be it through training, playing pranks on her allies, or kicking the teeth out of some troublemakers. She is generally quite funny and will always manage to crack a joke in any situation, no matter how drab or inappropriate a time it may be.

On her down days, when the depression strikes her (which happens much less often than her up days), she finds herself with a lack of energy, a lack of wanting to do anything and will often pass time watching the others go about their business, acting no more enthused than a lump on the floor. She does not, however, have suicidal thoughts or tendencies, merely a distinct lack of drive or motivation to do much of anything. Luckily for her, she tends to have two up days for every one down day, and she gets done in one up day what most people would be lucky to accomplish in two.

Named Techniques:
Fluid Slide - Limits friction to slide aside and dodge an attack, countering simultaneously, usually with spells.
Magick Frenzy - Jane rapidly closes in with her elementally-charged Keyblade and delivers three quick blows.
Induction Blade - Jane charges her Keyblade with Thundaga or Waterga. This effect is almost always active.

Passive Abilities:
Conniving - Jane has a fantastic talent for deceiving and tricking others.
Magick Haste - When her spells strike true, Jane receives a burst of glee, restoring spent stamina.
Elemental Boost - Water and Thunder abilities bite harder than usual.
Team Player - Hastega All, Slowga All, and Meltga All last for three actions, rather than two.

Biography: Jane grew up on a small isle off the southern coast of the western continent called Suris. The island served as a sort of haven for Keybladers who fled the mainland in fear for their lives, at least for a time. Jane grew up in the Keyblade, training under the Knight who once guarded Suris. She learned many things about the secrets of the Keyblade and, at the age of twenty-one, she surpassed her master and defeated him in solo combat. She was dispatched from the school, officially acknowledged as being on-par with a Keyblade Knight. She did not wish for a principality and, under normal circumstances, would never have accepted one, due to her own mental state.

The slaughter of the Keybladers soon arrived on the shores of Suris, and, try though Jane and her former master did, they could not repel the assassins. Jane's former master helped Jane to fake her own death, and he died in the process. Jane was then the last Keyblade Wielder who called Suris home. When the forces left the nearly-barren isle in their wake, Jane cleaned up. The bodies of the Keybladers were given rest, and those who had been spared looked to her to protect them. They knew that her Keyblade, at least, was not one to be feared. She shouldered the burden of Suris and remained there for nearly two years before Raeneth's travels brought him there.

Jane willingly pledged allegiance to this Keyblade Master, the only one whom she had ever met, knowing that, by his hand, she would one day be able to exact vengeance upon a government which abandoned her people.

She trains now, under Raeneth, in hopes of one day unlocking the deepest secrets of her own Heart in order to become a Master, one with the power to punish all those who sought to rid the world of the Keyblade. And she would strike down with great vengeance all those who dare defy her.

Weight: 250 lbs

Appearance: Demetrio is clearly an embodiment of the elements that compose him. He is a large man though with average length legs, which gives him a disadvantage in games of speed, though he's quite impressive in games of distance. He's not as big as you might think, however, as he has very dense bones with are a good amount of his weight (over a fifth over his mass), but his strength meets expectations. His face has calm features but his marbled eyes stand out. His facial hair is limited to mutton chops. He has tanned skin and several long scars on his back from an attack on his village.

He wears a appropriate, white shirt and flexible, yet stylish, black pants that both keep moisture and heat off him, keeping him comfortable. On his feet he wears ancient looking sandals. He then wears a set of armor composed of hardened earth, as well as an earthen shield that is strapped to his left forearm, that he's crafted to provide him protection. He wears a barbute, a complimentary bevor, breastplate, small shoulder guards, incomplete gauntlets, greaves, thigh guards, and reinforced knee guards. To top it off he has a large red cape with the Order of the Western Sky's insignia embroidered on the back which he wears to battle, but not in; he removes it to increase his mobility. He also has thick, sturdy, brown, leather gloves with a fish & cheese wheel on a anvil embroidered on the left one and his family crest on the right.

Normal Attire is generally different with just the removal of the armor, but he does have a nicer white shirt, pants, and coat, which he might wear given the setting. He also has cargo shorts, penny loafers, and boots should they be required.

Personality: For someone to grow up around so many people called family, Demetrio does not seem to care about people. He puts value to their life and calculates their importance they have in life based on their choices, skills, and being. But he does this with higher intentions in mind. At first glance he might seem selfish and smug, but Demetrio often looks for the common good, which brings good things to all parties. He has learned to not present himself in such a way. He lately tends to act with chivalry in all aspects of his life, trying to make it his normal approach in life, though it hasn't been completely successful. He tries to determine his fate through his actions, and not let things run to chance. He does not believe that he is given his purpose in life; he often fights over whether he has no purpose or he makes his own purpose. The idea that any mortal being would have his complete and total loyalty enrages him.

Specialization in Battle: Demetrio is a diversion to be feared in battle. He understands his place on the battlefield and well as others extremely well. He's made it his duty to protect others on the battlefield, not because he cares for them, but because his survival is guaranteed if strategy and skill are used to thwart the enemy as a team. He know that death in most cases does not bring good. He is a team player and knows the roles of leader, buddy, and pawn. He can take many hits and because of that he acts of a shield towards those who need protection to complete their jobs to the fullest. He packs a punch too, both in strength and magic, but only in close quarters. His magic lets him play a temporary support to further his role. He can be useful on the front lines, but his lack of speed and limited accuracy stun his potential leaving him best for counterattacks and reinforcement.

Biography: Demetrio was raised in a fishing and trading village on the warmest coast of Reveria. His family composed of the majority of the town, showing for over half of its couple hundred inhabitants. That left him with 12 siblings, he being the oldest. His more recent ancestors were known for their cheese production, but his father had picked up the life of a fisherman as his trade. Life was good at Xalermo, he knew everyone, everyone was family, and life was never at jeopardy outside a large storm or a pirate raid. He learned the arts of cheese and fishing from his family, and he took an apprenticeship with the town blacksmith. He practiced his new found keyblademanship there with the other apprentices. He practiced magick with one of his sisters, though this relation started for pranking those who needed justice. He joined the town watch to help keep pirates from raiding. Life was good, reason and comfort were plenty, and happiness surrounded the town. A local school opened when he turned fourteen and he found himself borrowing his siblings' books in his free time. He found great interest in books about war and logic. [His father had taught him to read and write to keep family records.] Life stayed the same for the next set of years. But then keyblades were confirmed a curse. Pirates of coin would raid the town, bringing a force greater the town had never seen. But while merchandise and women were taken, it was not their main objective. They were paid to hunt users of the keyblade. Demetrio made his attempt to defend the town, but before he even got to the front line his left knee cap was penetrated by gun fire. He attempted to help anyway he could while on the ground, but he was clearly out of the fight. When the front line broke and the villagers began to flee he only felt a desire to bring these men to justice. He shouted to the pirates his desire to see them hang, and one repaid his words with large scars and a good bruising. Before his life was taken, he was saved by a keyblade user, the Guardian of the region. After everyone had recovered from the attack, the keyblade users of the town left with the Guardian; their goal: try to find any others in the region before it was too late. This charade lasted a couple years, making Demetrio quite the magicked warrior & strategist. An ambush left Demetrio's friend, that same Guardian, dead and Demetrio a leader without a cause. They had saved all there was to save, but with no means to fix their standing to society or to wage war they looked for a safe haven. Demetrio was able to keep the group concealed until Raeneth and the Order of the Western Sky showed, showing hope to those who bear the burden of the keyblade. The Order promised Honor and Righteousness to Demetrio, a possible way to bring the life he once knew back to him and others. Demetrio swore his allegiance to Raeneth and his Order, hoping that justice would be dealt against those that wished this injustice to his kind.

Long, black, fine hair (mid-lower back length). Brown skinned, short and thin. Her clothes are quite preppy and usually loves wearing tight tank tops. She wears skinny jeans or tight pants or mini skirts. Her clothes are usually skin tight and thin. She will usually have a sucker somewhere on her body it will likely be strawberry flavored. She wears high heeled black boots, boots or high heels (her hair is styled differently depending on how she feels).

She wears ring earrings or Drop earrings with lots of stuff on it. She really enjoys eye makeup, and fingernail polish, finding purple to be her favorite color with a silver flower design in each painted nail. She matches her make up always. Right now, her eye shadow is a dark purple on her upper eyelids, light not heavy. The lower eyelid is a very light touch of pale blue and light green. Her face is slightly on the round side due to a tiny bit of baby fat still in her cheeks so she doesn't look like she has much that separates her under eyes from her cheeks, but this all just adds to her sweetness.

She wears a silver thick bracelets and a series of smaller, thinner bracelets, taking up a good 4 inches on her wrists. She has a belly button piercing, and a small heart tattoo on her lower back.

Personality:



She loves people and will give them all a chance no matter who it is or what they have done in their lives, she will hold them accountable to their actions for as long as she knows them afterwards. She is very, very, VERY happy almost all the time. She really likes to play and loves pretty colors. She is very in her own world and will be distracted all the time. She says many things that seem off the wall, but she's always being honest in what she is saying, it just doesn't make much sense half the time in most situations to talk or be happy about whatever she is. Certain things will make her upset, this will be semi short lived but she will hold it against you and try to make you feel semi guilty and will probably ask you to go out for coffee or shopping with her.

She will protect others and always give heavy optimism. Her language is rather colorful, but it reminds you of a kindergartner or someone within the young elementary grade. She is one to not notice people themselves being ugly, as she is very much all about the inner beauty. This being said, chicken drumstick's inner beauty is bones and this inner beauty is not beautiful at all, and because of that any type of chicken she eats has to be de-boned or boneless. She will not get herself dirty if she can help it, unless she is told they will be getting dirty. There is no beauty in dirty pretty clothes, but she is pretty positive she can do all this in elegant clothes tho. She has many other little rules and all of it has to do with her happiness and not realizing the ugliness of certain things (tho bugs and dirt really doesn't bother her at all, it just doesn't mix with clothes)

She also is very, very, very chatty. REAAAAALY chatty. She is careful in how she talks to people, not wanting to hurt their feelings, but if they are mean to her she will put up with it but treat them a little different. The reason why this would be, is she feels they must not like her, while she won't ignore them she will show very much difference toward them as to not be even more hated. Most of her time will be put into cheering people up and being super friendly. If the person has good intentions, they are on her A list. She speaks with a singsongy inflection and drawn out words making her sound very very very girly and this makes her seem more stupid than she really is. She has not once gotten a single grade below an A however.


If people have mean intentions and hearts, they have to answer to her and she will sweetly punish them and show no remorse, she is always hoping they will change their ways tho, but if she knows they won't she will be sad about punishing them and will probably get upset about it later and just as quickly find something else to make her happy. She loves the sky, the sun, the rain (has gear just for rain) and flowers and all animals even the carnivores and the scary ones. She recognizes the chain/circle of life and won't be upset if a bear eats something as cute as a bunny. This goes without saying, if they attack her it is the chain/circle of life for her to beat it unto submission and possible become her pet or stuffed animal (that she will love and call Teddy and it will be among her collections of "cool" things)


She will love your forever if you give her sweets (or at least until you refuse to give her more then she will throw a small fit than ask you later).

Biography:



Kara was an only child, who at the early stages of her life, spent the time talking to her imaginary friend, Donny. Donny was a strange duck thing she had imagined, and he could never talk quite correctly, with a sort of gurgled voice. He would always throw fits, and this would always make her laugh. Donny taught her how to be funny, but Donny's best friend Gloppy, would never let Donny get away with any mischief he had planned. Kara was always sure Donny and Gloppy were real.

She derived most of her morals from her childhood friends of Gloppy and Donny. She always made up her bed and always paid attention to stuffed animals since that was what Gloppy always told her to do. Donny always told her to have fun and always asks questions no matter what they were, this was something that made her be strikingly different from everyone else. When she got to school, she learned that not everyone was a nice person.

Petrof was always mean to her, and tried to tear her down all the time. Calling her stupid and not worth anything. This had always made her really sad and she never really quite understood why he was so mean, she was told by Gloppy that everyone had some good in their hearts, but Donny did warn her, not all good hearts will stay good and sometimes they will refuse to go back to being good. It made her sad to think Petrof wouldn't be able to see the prettiness of the flowers she had tried to pick for him, or the apples she had shined off to give to him, or even be happy for the candy she offered him, he would still be mean to poor Kara and push her down and call her names. Petrof had a habit for attacking her sometimes with a lot of people behind him, he always called Donny and Gloppy evil, and said they had to be punished and dealt with. They were to never ever leave anyone's sights. Petrof had told everyone in town that Kara was a freak of nature and that it would only be right if they took away all her candies and stuffed animals.

Kara, Donny and Gloppy did their very best to protect her stuffed animals and their candies. But Petrof and his group was too strong for them all to save her prized possessions. Gloppy ran with Kara to the woods and told her she would be safe their while they put old bad Petrof in his place and not to let them capture her too, otherwise the she would be held prisoner with her stuffed animals and candies all in separate cells!! She listened to him and stayed hidden in the woods. It had been a few hours and Gloppy nor Donny had came back to retrieve her. She thought it must be a really serious battle, She heard lots of noise and didn't know what to make of it. Gloppy would tell her in this moment, she should probably look at flowers or something, this wasn't the only battles they ever had to save the stuffed animals and teddies. She would look at all the differences of the flowers and play with the little animals laughing.


It would be the next day and she would have slept in the nice little underground cave club Donny and Gloppy showed her along one of their adventures. she had wondered where Donny and Gloppy went, they weren't around anymore. A dog name Plutton who was also one of her friends came running in moving sporadically. Pluton never said any words anytime he came around, and this would be the first time she ever heard him speak "They took the Candies and the Animals!! We lost! I am so sorry Kara." Kara was really upset and began to cry really hard, she really loved her candies and animals and it hurt her dearly that they were gone. Pluton would then fall down to the ground, and pant like a normal dog would. Right after another man she never seen before came in. His name was Tigher. He was a scary looking Tiger and said he loved to play and that he was going to take her away from this place. She looked over back at Plutton who seemed to have fallen asleep and was crying. She wanted to comfort Plutton and tell him it was ok, but Tigher said, "Let him sleep, he's really tired, he wasn't able to save the candies and the animals, and Petrof and the others were really mean to him and called him so many names." She left with Tigher.



Her mother and father died that day, losing both their life and their hearts her imaginary friend of Donny and Gloppy took over what actually happened during her childhood. The family friend bled out in the cave, his last act to protect the remaining "Candy and stuffed animals." It took Talum a full year to explain to her what happened to her parents and that she was put under a strong spell by her mother and father to hide her from all the pain and suffering that was foretold. She lived the illusion, while never seeing the true horror of it all her parent's act of love to their child. Talum had taught her how to defend herself, it was the only tactic Talum ever used. Kara became proficient in defensive and countermeasures to enemies. She became severely brutal in her fighting tactics giving enemies no mercy, she would even sometimes go stark raving mad, having flashbacks. Any animal or creature that attacked her, would be dealt a punishment that would mean death. She refused to be touched, her logic very childish, but certainly absolute.


It was revealed to her that this was her uncle, and he also had a keyblade. He taught her how to use fighting styles, and helped her awaken her keyblade. He was quite surprised to see the keyblade was ice cream... But considering the strong illusion spell placed on her, it didn't seem to farfetched that her heart reflected something so childlike. Raeneth would show up years later, after she awoke her second. Talum who know had become a very old man, had explained the situation to Raeneth and asked that she be taken under the care of the Order. She gave her uncle a big hug and his parting words to her "Always stay who you are. To have such a happiness in these times for us... We need that, good bye my niece. May the light show you the way." That was the last time she saw her bloodline. Today, she is the last survivor of the Sylva name. She hopes for tolerance, love and joy for all those like her.

While her mind has been forcibly warped, she does remember at this present time everything that happened to her. Everything, and chooses to stay in her childlike state, simply due to the fact her parent's tried to hide the evils of the world from her, they wouldn't want her becoming harden like they were. Her development has frozen in places, and others became a completely different monster.

Biography:
Raeneth is the founder of the Order of the Western Sky. The first Keyblade Master born to Reveria since its original son left many years ago. He has decided to bring Reveria's rebellious citystates under rule and restore the good name of the Keyblade and the people who use it. He has been traversing the land gathering up anyone with the Talent that he could find, regardless of their moral ambiguity.

Raeneth once was a knight of the capital city of Vel, located in the heart of Reveria. A member of the special forces there, his missions were to complete his objectives with stealth and silence. He is an expert swordsman from years of training and honing his skill, rising to the top of the elite force. It was discovered he could use the Keyblade at the height of civil panic in Reveria, and was detained and tortured in the subterranean city beneath Vel.

There he had his Heart element forcibly altered by experiments attempting to turn him into a being of shadow - a Heartless. The experiment failed, however, when Raeneth Awoke and was gifted the blade dubbed Alatariel. His constitution shattered, and his heart in constant turmoil, Alatariel's innate power allows him to control the ebb and flow of Darkness and Light within his Heart, making him an exceptionally rare case and one of a kind.

Appearance: Claire doesn't give much thought to how she appears. Her hair is long (past shoulder length and reaches a good 1/4th of the way down her back) and as far as her build goes, she's not exactly anything notable from the norm: she is bordering more on being skinny, though. She'll often just wear a pair of black pants and a long-sleeved, green shirt, both of which are somewhat tight but far from revealing. Also dons a pair of white sneakers, and wears a silver necklace around her neck with a tear-shaped pendant at all times.

Personality: Undergoes mood swings semi-frequently, though she seems to have some control over her feelings as far as them shifting goes, but the feelings remain very strong (besides depression, oddly). She is always scheming something, or seems to be, and never stays in one place too long, and has troubles trusting completely in other people. Overall, a very energetic gal who could probably get lots done if she had someone around to focus her on a set task, and a loose cannon on her own. The only predictable thing about her is her unpredictability.

Biography: Claire had a normal childhood. She didn't live in the lap of luxury, but what her family had was more than good enough to get by, and she enjoyed a very social life with her peers when she lived in the remote town of Driftwood up until her 14th birthday. Her father separated from his mother that year, essentially leaving them penniless, and things went to hell in a handbasket when a band of thieves raided and pillaged the village. Nobody knew how to fight well enough to put up much of a resistance, as most people there were fishers or farmers. In the midst of the chaos, Claire managed to run from the village as fast as she could, clutching the necklace her mother had loved so much. It is the same one she wears to this day.

Only she had survived. Her mother died shortly of severe burns and smoke inhalation as her house burned to the ground, and everyone else in the village either suffered that same fate or died at the blades of the bandits. Claire felt no grievance for her fate at the moment or resentment towards the bandits, focused only on running, on getting away. For a few days, she followed a stream from which she drank water, though eventually a small group of the bandits caught up to her, but despite her tiredness and hunger, she attempted to resist. When one of her attackers was about to cleave her pretty form in half, a flash of light blinded everyone for a moment and Claire's keyblade formed in her hands, which she instinctively held out to her side, and parried the blow. The bandits seemed to get scared and ran off, apparently as clueless as Claire as to what had happened.

At that moment, however, some sort of object collided hard with the back of her head, and she collapsed to the ground, bleeding, and blacked out. As it turns out, a Keyblade wielder had attempted to help her by throwing his Keyblade at the bandits...only to end up hitting her instead. The klutz at least had the brain to figure this was the point where he stopped brandishing his weapon like a toy and picked Claire up, and carried her to the nearby town of Zaytr. A week after she arrived there, she set off to return to her hometown of Driftwood, only to find everything had indeed burned down and there were no signs of attempts at re-construction yet. Those emotions she had bottled up finally broke out at this sight, and there began her emotional turmoils.

Claire roamed the land from that day on, drifting from place to place and taking a number of odd jobs, some of which deemed it necessary for her to hide from masses of people. Often, thinking on what she had accomplished, it seemed to be only through a combination of speed and sheer luck that she avoided any major physical harm. After 2 years, she came upon Raeneth and his Order of the Northern Sky while on a task, and she ended up forsaking that same mission. Claire wasn't entirely sure what to make of their goal of "restoring balance", as she hadn't known anyone in her village wielding the strange "Keyblade" she did, but she swore allegiance to the Order anyways to bring a sense of belonging back to her life, along with a goal to strive for.

Biography:
Where do I start...? I was born in a very prosperous city named Snowbound. As the name suggests, it was covered in snow all year round. Why do I say was, you ask? Well, i'll get to that later. My father was a woodcutter and my mother was a stay-at-home mom. When I was seven years old, a blight hit the city. I still remember it like it was yesterday. People wore masks, no one left their homes, the city guard dragged off diseased people, kicking and screaming. I still remember a few people fighting back. They met with a swift end. My father got sick soon after the disease spread. My mother would not allow me to see him. After a week, my mother buried my father and told me... "daddy went to be with grandpa." I was young, but I knew what it meant. My mother tried her best to take over my father's work, but it was too hard and she wasn't strong enough. Eventually, we just had to leave the city. We traveled all around until we eventually settled in the small village of Balnora. I was fifteen then. I worked at the lumber mill next to the river. He said I was a natural. When he retired, I took over his business. I made a small fortune selling wood to build houses all around the village. Life was good. Mom always said that father would be proud of me. I made an honest living. Eventually, village life began to get boring. So, I went ahead and began training an apprentice of my own; a young boy by the name of Hans. After his training, I decided to go home. I gave my mother access to my fortune, and I left. I wanted to go home. After much traveling, I reached Snowbound again only to find that it was completely abandoned. So, I went off to pursue an old interest of mine. I always dabbled in the mystic arts. My mother had an interest in it and I guess it rubbed off on me. I went from city to city, village to village, ruin to ruin, all to gather books and learn from the greatest mystics I had ever met. I fancied myself a mystic. A pretty good one at that. Soon after, I met up with a group of bandits. They wanted my money, so I tossed them my coin purse. As they advanced on me, I knew that they wanted more than just my money; they wanted my life. I fought, of course. But it was a losing battle. In my time of need, my keyblade first appeared to me. It saved my life.

Biography: Auster was raised in the town of Sirocco. Even before he had acquired a Keyblade, Auster was an outcast in his society. Often ridiculed by his peers and shamed by his parents, Auster attempted to suppress his nature at a young age. However, because of his small stature, he was still subject to bullying, often only just escaping physical confrontation thanks to his agility.

As he grew older, Auster came to be more accepting of his differences and freely expressed them. No novice in bullying at this point, Auster was an expert in avoiding physical confrontation. His parents had long accepted him, though Auster was sure they were still confused by him.

Having outgrown his period of fear for himself, Auster was much more aware of the pain of others. He sought to protect the weak from the strong, speaking up for anyone who needed and deserved it. Realizing he was too weak to do anything himself in his current state, he began to train in the art of magic; he eventually mastered the wind spell. Auster would send the bullies flying, drawing their attention, and then draw them away from their victim.

Auster was on such a mission on the day he received his first Keyblade. Having been seen wielding it, Auster knew he could not remain in his town for fear of imprisonment. He stole away into the wilderness, avoiding all who wished to capture him. In his travels, he came upon Raeneth, and took him as his Master. Auster now trains with him, hoping to one day relieve Keyblade bearers of the stigma that encompasses them.

As a general note, two new passives have been added:

Leadership - Able to bring out the best in others, and a calming voice on the battlefield

Monkey Grip - [Strength = 4+] Able to wield a Heavy or Potent class keyblade in a single hand. (Cannot be combined with Dualwielding)

and one new Tech

Knight level -v
Flash Step - Close distance in a short period of time and break an opponent's guard with a strike from your keyblade [Agility 4+]

That's a really big disparity. It's not easy to play someone who's that Light, as I'll explain.

This is where I'm gonna get nitpicky.

Personality:
...Personality? What personality? Well, I guess that's not really accurate. I tend to keep to myself most of the time. People have tried to get me to come out of my shell, but i'm perfectly happy where I am, thank you very much. I am fiercely protective of the apprentices. What about the Knights, you ask? I know my colleagues better than anyone. They can take care of themselves. That much I know. But mess with any of the apprentices, and you answer to me.

Green: People that far to the light are highly logical and nearly emotionless. To them, there is no shell that they can come out of. They are exactly who they are. They aren't happy or sad to be who they are. They just are. Like Spock.

Red: Light would not be protective of anyone. Light is about sworn duty and fealty. Protecting those under you is an emotion. Light does not have those things, especially when you're that far in.

Cure - Restore a bit of health to self or target

Reflect - Apprentice - Light 70+ - Summon an instant shield of light to reflect an attack back at the assailant

For the elemental magics you need to choose one form or the other.

This is also kind of weak and doesn't really make me believe that this guy is Knight level. He strikes me as much more of an Apprentice rather than a Knight, to be frank. I would suggest if you want to keep him, you should probably look to lower his rank.

Basically if this was given as an Apprentice, he'd likely be in aside from his primary element. As a Knight, he needs an awful lot more work.

Appearance: Malcolm has a copper shoulder armorpiece which goes quite well with his red cape and satin poet shirt. His sidelaced trousers matches his shirt, though it is in a darker shade of violet and is protected by copper knee and shin guards. His hands and feet are also protected by leather gloves and boots, while a black high-crowned and wide-brimmed hat adorned with a buckle shades his head. Arronax's eyes are generally hidden from people in front of him due to his hat. The fact that his hair is shoulder length creates a depth of mystery about him.

Biography: Although born to gypsy parents, Malcolm had always been fortunate. His early life was spent mostly in the slums of different cities but this only served to develop his proficiency in the arts of trickery. Even at a young age, he had been evading all sorts of city guards that had the intention of detaining him but they all failed to capture him, whether it was through luck or divine intervention (Or the fact that he was merely a young hooligan and was probably just going get a stern talking to if he was caught.) During his teenage years, he had learned to perform street magick, singing and dancing, performing in improvised drama productions and, his favorite, cardsharking. It was through his ability to rig high-stake card gambles that he first made contact with the world and culture of Keyblades at the most unlikely place: The Jagds.

Through his connections in the criminal underworld, he happened to come across a game where the prizes on the line were people they had chained up and locked away in cells. Specifically, Keybladers that fell to the hands of these crime syndicates. Appalled and disgusted but not showing any signs of it, Malcolm had bet most of the earnings he had in order to join. The dealer he was up against evenly matched his skill. At one point, both of them even showed four aces in both of their respective hands which led to a rather awkward pause. This forced both of them to compromise, and agreed to a coin flip in order to finish the bet. It did not end well, as Malcolm had correctly predicted the outcome. Of course, the men he was dealing with were not honorbound in anyway and began to jump him. Before he knew it, a blinding flash appeared before him and a weapon was now wielded by the soldier of fortune.

Malcolm fought for their freedom. On that day, freedom won. He led the captive Keybladers out of the Jagds but they had nowhere to go. On top of being wanted by groups of anti-Keyblade fanatics, the notorious Arronax was a target wanted by both the state and crime syndicates, still bitter of the events that transpired. He was eventually forced to travel along with them in a caravan that he spent his fortune on. Slowly, they made their way to the west and eventually met The Order of the Western Sky. That was a few years ago from today. While he may still be up to his old tricks, he is, without a shadow of a doubt, a genuine Keyblade Apprentice.

Bio is great, everything else is really good. I like this character a whole lot because it helps to showcase how unique you can make your characters.

For his stat set up, I'm pretty sure I'd go with:

Agl: 4
Acc: 4
Luck: 5

You're free to move things around if you disagree. Haggling for stats could be fun~ Figure he isn't really a huge combat guy, but he leans a bit more ranged and magical. Kind of a support type.

Oh, I made sure that these actions would be successful. The specific card deck he draws from is only made of 7s while the dice is always loaded to land on 1s. Though, I could probably change it around so they only have 1s on every side.

I assume this is Glide?

Indeed it is.

Stats are great and yes, I did intend him to be a support character.

I like the idea of loaded dice better. It suits him more, I think. And I love the card deck idea. Wynn stop making good characters or I'll have to hurt you.

Well I have an idea on making a fast character (Glances at porthos)

Well a Luck character would be pretty neat since I am making a girl. I need a girly keyblade, Lady luck is super girly (notices Wynn's Template and looks at both him and Dex and see's the only 5's in luck) I could make some one who is really good with magic (looks at Epic and pauses then glances at Iggy and isn't surprised and looks back to porthos). Well it wouldn't be too hard to make some one who can do both but isn't really all that fast or can hit but when they do its really strong making them just dangerous in general if they get too close (glances at lex) Well I can make a......

Oh I know what about a wind user since I am SURE no one is going to use it (glances and notices it's the most popular element and remembers a time where he was the only one who liked it, way before it was cool)

Just because characters are similar doesn't make them the same. Your elemental choice (Including the ability to not have a secondary element) and magic and tech selection has a huge impact on who you are and what you do, and your passives do as well.

Also, try not to feel totally handcuffed by what I proposed and invent and suggest new things as well. Lex proposed two new things and Arty proposed another Tech as well.

The issue with Techs is that they have to be extremely general so that you can more or less customize them.

I wouldn't worry about specialization if you are literally any class aside from Knight. Knights I'm very -VERY- picky about. Apprentices and Users much less so. What is sorely missing are more like Raeneth who can attack with strength and magic at the same time. They're much more diverse and slightly more interesting than the relatively one dimensional characters coming so far (not to say that they're bad, since most arent)


As a general note, a Red Mark on roster means NOT APPROVED. I added them though so we can all see how the numbers of each class are shaking out. I only really want 3 Knight at most, I feel. It's gonna be first accepted, first in. Sorry bros.

Just a few things left. They're super minor and just require a few keystrokes.

One is that Wind and Ice are opposites as per the reference ->
Natural Element - KHInsider RPG Inferno Wiki

You need to select two elements that touch. For Wind, you need either fire or thunder. It's very minor, but I'm super anal.

Second one is that you need to replace Raise (a minor oversight) since it's Knight level. Also I'd like you to choose one effect or the other for the spells that have "or"

like so:

What you have is this:
Aerora - A directed blast of wind. Concussive or sharp.

All I want is this:
Aerora - A directed blast of sharp wind

or this:
Aerora - A directed blast of concussive wind

That goes for Aerora and [Secondary element spell]

Cura is fine as is.

I should have made the magicks section more clear about this, so I'll try and make the wording more clear.

With that taken care of, he will have my official stamp of approval for sure.

Okay, I decided to change his Primary and Secondary elements to Ice and Water because I would like Ice in there, but the wording is correct this time and I chose between their effects and I picked two friendly elements. I also changed the offensive magic to accompany the primary and secondary elements.

I believe I fixed everything you asked. ^^
