The ones with the "H" at the end have the touch feature and the eraser at the end of the pen.
For example, the CTL 480 vs the CTH 480. They're also notated with no space, e.g. PTH850 (Intuos5).
So yeah, just warning/informing you guys before you make a purchase and make the same mistake I did. This also may apply to other brands, with a single change in the model ID for the features included. I don't know why Wacom would keep selling the "L" models if they're basically downgrades... except for older studios who may not want the hand touches messing up with the pen; but that doesn't account for the eraser in the pen. But then again you can buy standalone pens with the eraser.
