[Secret Igshar]

So this is a thing Marvel Comics has decided to do and it looks REALLY GREAT. The art is pretty sweet, the concept is nice, and just everything about it makes me happy.

The comments are even surprisingly tame compared to what I was expecting to see. It sort of makes me upset in a way that this is seen as a "bold decision" or what have you, but it's really awesome that they'd take such a big character and make her non-white. Let's just hope Rogue doesn't kill her again.

She isn't the new Ms. Marvel. She took her name from Carol Danvers who is currently Captain Marvel. She has shape-shifting powers :x

Yea, shes not really Ms. Marvel like Rae said but nonetheless.

I really don't find this shocking as others do. Marvel has always been one to push boundaries and do things others find... well... 'wrong' or things similar in nature. I mean, they replaced Spider-Man with a new one that was a young black kid. Took maybe their most well known and loved hero and changed him into a minority. They've had gay heroes, asians, native Americans, Jewish, etc, etc. Marvel doing this shouldn't be ground breaking. Shouldn't even need to be making this a headline at all. But well, it is how it is.

Now what we really need is a ginger Ghost Rider.
