Also, for everyone who posted in this thread, could you post how much you're paying for your internet speeds and what your network consists of? That is, modem -> router -> ethernet adapter.

To answer the AC question, yeah it's the AC wireless frequency. I hadn't heard about it until my parents were getting sold on this router. It's a really cool router and I haven't had time to play with it (meaning I think i can connect a hard drive to it and access those files on my laptop elsewhere in the house)

My parents said they have their internet bundled with the house phone, and that bill is about $65

Got Comcast Blast! yesterday. This is what it is on my dad's laptop that I use:

Dad got a normal setup from Comcast. I'm paying the ~$77 a month.

And here it is on the dining room computer that everyone uses:

I think my middle sister is going to be hogging this one. She just got off about 5 minutes ago and it's 1:38 AM already.

"Censorship is telling a man he can't have a steak just because a baby can't chew it."
— Mark Twain

“I divide my officers into four classes; the clever, the lazy, the industrious, and the stupid. Each officer possesses at least two of these qualities. Those who are clever and industrious are fitted for the highest staff appointments. Use can be made of those who are stupid and lazy. The man who is clever and lazy however is for the very highest command; he has the temperament and nerves to deal with all situations. But whoever is stupid and industrious is a menace and must be removed immediately!”
— General Kurt von Hammerstein-Equord
