I nominate the KG Inferno for GotY and Lionel for best character and V's Compound for best original level design and Guile's Theme (the only song in the jukebox) for the best video game song.

Also pretty sure Agni's Philosophy has little chance of being a game, it was a demo and S-E doesn't have the means to add it to its line up for awhile.
